That law is very helpful on the part of the consumers. They will be protected against the bankruptcy. Actually, bankruptcy is inevitable. But, it can be prevented. If the rules and regulations will just be properly implemented and a plan is set on the very first place, then, a great chance to avoidance of bankruptcy is possible.
