February 4 - 10 is National Consumer Protection Week 2007

National Consumer Protection Week (February 4 - 10, 2007) highlights consumer protection and education efforts around the country. The theme for this year is "Be an Informed Consumer: Reach Up and Reach Out," encouraging consumers to take advantage of information to enhance confidence in the marketplace, and to take steps to protect themselves from rip-offs, scams, or frauds.
